Because our platform handles professional engineering documents, Aproveo is intended strictly for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

We work hard to ensure Aproveo is always available when you need it. However, software requires occasional maintenance, and internet connections can be unpredictable. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free. We will always do our best to notify you in advance of any scheduled maintenance that might impact your workflow.

3. Your Account

To use Aproveo, you need to create an account. We require you to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Because Aproveo captures binding signatures and maintains strict audit trails for engineering projects, account security is critical. You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share your login credentials with anyone else. If multiple team members need access, they must create their own individual accounts. This ensures the integrity of the audit trail remains intact.

4. Acceptable Use

Our Intellectual Property: We own the Aproveo platform, including its code, design, interface, branding, and the underlying technology that powers the audit trails and signature captures. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our written permission.

Copyright Protection: We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content hosted on Aproveo infringes on your copyright, please contact us at support@aproveo.com with the details, and we will investigate and remove infringing material as required by applicable law.

6. Payments & Billing

Aproveo operates on a subscription basis. Our pricing, billing cycles, and available features are clearly outlined on our website.

When you sign up for a paid plan, you authorize us (through our essential payment processing providers) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service, but we ensure you get exactly what you paid for through the end of your term.

No Engineering Advice: Aproveo is a software tool. We are not an engineering, architectural, or construction firm. We do not review your drawings for accuracy, structural integrity, safety, or compliance with building codes or regulations. The responsibility for the actual engineering work, the validity of the signatures, and the safety of the projects remains entirely with you and your professional team.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aproveo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform. In any event, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these terms or your use of Aproveo is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve the issue within 30 days, any remaining dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. Arbitration is a less formal process than a lawsuit and uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Exceptions apply for small claims court; either party may bring a qualifying claim to small claims court if it meets the requirements.

10. Changes & Termination

Changes to these Terms: As Aproveo grows and evolves, we may need to update these Terms of Service. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Termination: You are free to stop using Aproveo at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform stops immediately. We recommend exporting your audit trails and drawings before closing your account.

Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court or arbitrator, that specific section will be modified to reflect the parties' original intent as closely as possible, and the rest of the terms will remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aproveo regarding your use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
